Welcome to ZimLoop. By creating an account or using ZimLoop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use ZimLoop. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure.
• Maintaining accurate account information.
• All activity performed using your account.

You may not:

• Impersonate another individual or organization.
• Create fake or misleading accounts.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Use another person's account without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ZimLoop to:

• Break any applicable laws.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
• Spread hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Upload sexually explicit or illegal material.
• Promote violence or criminal activity.
• Share malware or malicious software.
• Spam users or communities.
• Commit fraud or scams.
• Violate another person's privacy.

4. User Content

Users may create posts, upload images, update profiles, and repost content.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting content on ZimLoop, you grant ZimLoop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

5. Accuracy of Information

ZimLoop is a community-driven platform. Information posted by users may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on it. ZimLoop is not responsible for losses, damages, or decisions resulting from user-generated content.

6. Community Moderation

Users may report content they believe violates these Terms.

ZimLoop reserves the right to:

• Remove content.
• Restrict or limit visibility of content.
• Suspend accounts.
• Permanently ban users.
• Delete accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

7. ZimPulse Subscription

Premium features are available through ZimPulse. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.

Subscription pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Google Play's billing policies.

8. Advertisements

ZimLoop displays advertisements using Google AdMob, including:

• Banner ads
• Native ads
• Interstitial ads
• Rewarded ads
• Video ads

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on user preferences, device settings, and applicable regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

The ZimLoop application, software, branding, logo, graphics, and design are owned by ZimLoop and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the application without written permission.

10. Account Termination

Users may delete their accounts at any time from within the application.

ZimLoop reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, ZimLoop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZimLoop and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the application.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will become effective once published. Continued use of ZimLoop after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
